Our Journey Through the Years

Roster Home Care was founded by two lifelong friends and dedicated healthcare professionals, Bryne Varghese and Joshy Manuel. With strong educational backgrounds in medical and nursing fields, both directors built their careers within the care sector long before becoming business owners. Their early experiences working directly with vulnerable individuals shaped a shared vision: to create care services built on compassion, dignity, and trust.

In 2016, Bryne and Joshy took their first step into entrepreneurship by launching RosterCare, a healthcare staffing agency. Drawing on their clinical knowledge and first-hand experience in care environments, they developed a service known for providing dependable, highly skilled professionals to organisations across the region.

As the years passed, their passion for raising standards in care only grew. Wanting to extend their impact beyond staffing, they launched Roster Home Care in 2022, bringing personalised support directly to people in their own homes. This new chapter allowed them to deliver the kind of person-centred care they had always envisioned—care rooted in respect, independence, and genuine human connection.

In 2025, Bryne and Joshy expanded their commitment even further with the purchase of a residential care home in Norfolk, now home to more than 35 residents. This warm and welcoming environment reflects their belief that every individual deserves safety, comfort, and thoughtful, attentive care—no matter where they live or what support they require.
