Our Journey

Built on Care. Driven by Purpose.

Roster Home Care was founded on a simple but powerful belief — that care should always be delivered with compassion, dignity, and integrity. Behind the organisation are two lifelong friends and dedicated healthcare professionals whose shared vision has shaped every step of the journey.

2016

The Beginning: Rostercare

The journey began in 2016 with the launch of Rostercare, a healthcare staffing agency created to supply highly trained, dependable professionals to healthcare organisations. Built on clinical knowledge and real-world experience, Rostercare quickly established a reputation for reliability, integrity, and high standards within the sector.

2022

Expanding into Home Care

Roster Home Care was established in 2022 to deliver personalised domiciliary care services directly into people’s homes — enabling individuals to remain safe, independent, and comfortable in familiar surroundings.

The focus was clear: person-centred care built on trust, meaningful relationships, and professional excellence.

2025

Growth into Residential Care

In 2025 the journey expanded further with the acquisition of Clarence House Residential Care Home in Norfolk, now home to over 40 residents.

This milestone strengthened the group’s ability to support individuals across their full care journey — from staffing solutions, to home-based care, to residential living.

Today

Today and Beyond

Today the organisation continues to grow across healthcare staffing, domiciliary care, and residential care services.

“We care because caring is who we are.”

Every decision, every service, and every relationship is guided by experience, integrity, and a genuine commitment to raising standards in care.
